Serenity is our nod to Sauternes, the Bordeaux region that is known for its luscious dessert wines made from Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc.  Our Serenity is 68% Sauvignon Blanc and 32% Semillon, and at 7% residual sugar it is definitely sweet but balanced by crisp acidity.
