Sit down with Phil and taste 6 different vintages of his award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, or Meritage while he shares with you his insights into 40 years of winemaking in the Temecula Valley.
Featuring selected wines from the 2005 to 2021 vntages, the tasting is accompanied by a charcuterie plate. Reservations are available daily from 12:00 to 4:00 PM, subject to Phil’s availability. Cost is $40.00 per person, $25.00 for Wine Club members.
