After 25 years of serving you, we have closed Carol’s Restaurant. That said, we remain committed to growing grapes and making wine, with three generations of Bailys carrying on the tradition at our winery at 36150 Pauba Road. Beginning October 1, tasting is available there 7 days a week from 11:00 to 5:00.
