Private party guests may reserve our Private Dining Room for groups of 24 – 48 people.  Call Chuck at 951-676-9463 between 11:00 and 5:00, Monday through Friday and he will put you in touch with Carol to schedule a date and work out the details.

Private Dining Room Buffet Menu

 

LUNCH: $35.00 per person plus tax and gratuity (18%)

DINNER: $40.00 per person plus tax and gratuity (18%)

(Wine club member discounts do not apply)

• Vineyard Salad – mixed Baby Greens with Candied Pecans, Red Grapes, Gorgonzola Cheese, Rose of Cabernet and Citrus Vinaigrette
• Caesar Salad with Romaine Hearts, Homemade Croutons, Shaved Parmesan and Caesar Dressing

Choose two (add third Entrée for $7.50 per person)

• Montage Chicken
  Grilled Breast of Chicken with Mediterranean Herbs topped with Montage Buerre Blanc Sauce
• Grilled Tri Tip
  Dry Rubbed, Grilled and Sliced Tri Tip Steak
• Pasta Primavera
  Linguine, Roasted Garlic, Sliced Peppers, Broccoli, Tomatoes, Fresh Tarragon, Crumbled Feta

1.Lunches and dinners include hot sourdough rolls and butter, fresh seasonal vegetables, coffee, tea, lemonade for self service.  Wine and beer are not included but may be added to your total bill or billed separately to individuals.

 

2. Bread and Cheese Platters available for $4.95 per person and Antipasto tray of cheeses and sliced cold meats available for $6.95 per person(minimum 24 people).

 

3.You may reserve the private dining room for less than 24 but you will be billed for the minimum 24 people.

 

4. Private parties are limited to four hours.

 

5.All Baily wines are available at the normal retail winery price.  They should be purchased from your server and not brought over from the Tasting Room.

 

6.ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE FOOD, BEVERAGES, WINE OR BEER.  CAKES FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS ARE THE EXCEPTION AND MAY BE BROUGHT IN WITH PRIOR PERMISSION.  YOU SUPPLY THE PLATES AND UTENSILS TO SERVE WITH. IF WE PLATE CAKE WE CHARGE $1. PER PERSON.

 

7.ANY decorations must be cleared with staff before party, no confetti allowed.

 

8.$100.00 DEPOSIT AND SIGNED CONTRACT DUE UPON SELECTION OF DATE.
